The WhatsApp sneaker drop. Fuel sneaker culture in a disruptive and engaging way by reimagining and democratising the way brand Jordan dropped its most sought after product. Through the power of the WhatsApp Business API, we kept consumers informed of and facilitated entry to every Sneaker drop throughout the Sole DXB weekend. For the most exclusive drops, we got consumers to prove they deserve to enter the raffle, via a quiz - designed to make sure these products only land in the hands of the true fans, rather than people looking to make a quick buck on the resale market. WhatsApp enabled a human layer to a typically cold and frustrating process.
